Q. How can I order?
A. You can order here online, call us at 800-483-3383 or fax us at 888-478-1426. You may use a purchase order or credit card if funds are available now, or you can simply order today and then take 30 days to pay or simply return what you can not use. If you need to get a bid on quantity orders or digital or duplication rights, call and ask for an account executive. We will be glad to handle all your needs personally and efficiently.
HINT: If you donít want to order online today, you can create a shopping cart online and rather than checkout, simply print it out and fax or mail with your PO, check or other order instructions.
Q. What are your tax, shipping and handling charges?
A. We charge $4.50 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item. Orders over $500 earn 1/2 OFF all shipping and handling charges and orders over $1000 earn FREE shipping. This amount plus any discounts and tax will be added to your final order or you can preview the amount by logging in and choosing CART PRINT from the cart page. We currently charge sales tax in the states of California and North Carolina. Your internet order will arrive to you usually within 7-10 days. If you require faster delivery, please request overnight or three day delivery and we will take care of it for a small additional charge.
Q. Do you offer Duplication, Digital or Broadcast Rights?
A. If your district or organization is seeking rights for delivery over the internet or your local WAN, satellite, cable or other over-the-air solution, or if you just want to manage multiple copies and secure duplication rights, we can help. Call 1-800-483-3383 #309 to discuss. Over 95% of our proprietary titles are already cleared for these uses, but each title requires a unique cost analysis.

You will also find many helpful reviews and comments from teachers, librarians and other educational experts. Then order today and we will ship promptly. If we do not offer the program streamed online, just order it as a PREVIEW when checking out with your shopping cart. Order as many titles as you like. Pay only for what you keep and simply return what you canít use.
Q. What is the difference between your videos and ones I can purchase in a consumer store or Amazon?
A. Ours are completely unique and exclusive in that we make them only with the needs of teachers and students in mind and they are not available in consumer stores. All our videos come licensed for classroom use, and not only does our content perfectly match your curriculum, it is completely legal and safe (see complete listings on www.clrn.org) to use in the classroom. Donít waste your precious time and budget on anything less effective!
Q. What if I can't find what I need?
A. Although we strive to offer only the best curriculum correlated programs for your classroom, we may have missed something, so please let us know. We will fulfill your order and maybe learn something ourselves at the same time about what really works in your classroom. But we will not sell you consumer products and mark them up like some companies do. We will simply tell you to go find those on Amazon or in your local discount store. Neither you or us has the time to waste on products that arenít proven to maximize learning.
Q. What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
A. Unlike other companies, you can try before you buy, but even after the sale you can simply return your product for a full refund within 90 days, no questions asked. You can also return a defective tape for an exchange for up to two years. And we always offer deep discounts to previous buyers on all updated versions of programs. Q. I love your videos, but how can I know when new titles are available or you have specials going on?
A. If you haven't already registered with us, do so now and select one or both of the options to get our newsletter or be contacted about new products and specials. Otherwise, if you have purchased from us in the past you should already be on our mailing list. You can also go to our advanced profile to make more detailed selections about how, when and where you prefer that we communicate with you. Q. Will you ship to a country outside the United States?

Yes we will. We do require pre-payment for all orders shipped outside the United States. Actual ship charges will be determined according to the destination country. Any additional tariff, duty, and/or import taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. In most cases, please allow four to six weeks for deliveries outside the United States.
